I was really surprised how much I liked the movie and how much I learned throughout the movie. I was so unaware about the process of how Facebook was created and the conflict that occurred throughout the creation. I was amazed at the knowledge that Mark had about coding and hacking, that makes you think about the weaknesses in the internet and people’s websites.

Personally, I did not like the role that Sean Parker had within the whole situation. He came in for the monetary benefit of the company and that pushed out Eduardo out so quickly. My favorite character was Eduardo, I wish things would have worked out better for him and that Mark and him could have remained friends.

Eduardo deserved the recognition in this situation for the financial and emotional support that he provided to Mark.

The role of the brothers that originally had the idea about linking people through a website may have blown the situation out of proportion. I realize that having part of your idea stolen must have hurt but Mark used none of their code and they did not contribute in any way.

Mark could have improved on his communication with all those involved with Facebook and with the group of men who had the original idea.

Overall, I really liked the movie and learned a lot about the company. I could not believe that this began in 2003, I always thought it was later than that.
